These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hardware Mart App, operated by GBS (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. Eligibility

2.1 Registration

To use the App, you must create an account with:

Business registration number
Contact person information
Valid email and phone number
You agree to provide accurate and updated information.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Use of the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance by GBS. We may decline orders for any reason, including stock availability or credit issues.

4.2 Pricing

Prices shown in the App are subject to change without prior notice.

Taxes, delivery fees, and other charges may apply as required.

4.3 Payments

Payment terms may vary by account and agreement. You agree to pay all fees for orders placed through your account according to the agreed payment terms.

5. Delivery & Risk

Once products are dispatched or delivered according to the delivery terms selected, the risk and responsibility for goods transfer to your business.

Delivery timelines provided in the App or by notifications are estimates and may change.

6. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

Returns and refunds are governed by our standard return policy or separate agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

Products may be returned only for quality issues
Returns must be reported within specified time frames
Refunds or store credits may be issued at our discretion

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (software, logos, design, text, images) is owned by GBS or our partners and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

You agree that business data, pricing information, account details, and other proprietary content accessible in the App are confidential business information.

You may not share, distribute, or disclose this information to unauthorized third parties.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy & Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

GBS makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding:

Reliability or availability of the App Accuracy of pricing or product information
Any business outcomes from using the App
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBS will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Loss of profits or business interruptions
Damages arising from use or inability to use the App

12. Indemnification
